VeloDyne provides best-in-class chemical feed and metering products with an abstract-to-contract approach to meeting any clients’ custom needs. VeloDyne has many patented products that optimize chemical mixing including the VeloBlend, HydraMax and ProBatch for liquid and dry polymer activation systems. VeloDyne’s liquid polymer system uses VeloBlend, which is a hybrid polymer activation technology combining non-mechanical mixing energy with hydromechanical mixing. This allows for reliable mixing and doesn’t rely on water pressure.

The Dry Polmer Blending Unit either uses the ProBatch Direct Wetting Bowl or the HydraMax shower wetting technology depending on the required polymer feed rates. The ProBatch is good for systems requiring from 1 lb to 25 lbs per hour of dry polymer and the HydraMax is suitable for applications requiring anywhere from 5 lbs to 1,000 lbs per hour. VeloDyne set themselves apart from the competition in the Dry Polymer Blending Units by dispersing and atomizing the polymer before it enters the wetting chamber which prevents clumping of the polymer and system blockage.

In addition to polymer mixing, VeloDyne also provides Silos (Lime, PAC, Soda Ash, etc.), containerized systems, bag lifting equipment, screw feeders, Lime Slakers and Liquid Chemical Feed Systems.
