Our Team
SCOTT LENHARDT
As the senior technical sales representative at Pro Aqua, Scott brings over 25 years of industry experience and knowledge which is vital in our value-added proposition throughout the design, construction and commissioning processes. Scott has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering from University of Guelph and is currently a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario. He has been with Pro Aqua since 2004. Prior to his time at Pro Aqua, Scott worked with Xenon (currently, Suez) as a field services representative as well as an outside technical sales representative. Scott has a wealth of knowledge on all things water and wastewater, which he is happy to share with any client or consultant to help assist in a wide variety of process issues at any stage in project delivery.

TRACY LENHARDT
Tracy has a bachelor of arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a business diploma in Supply Chain and Operations Management from Niagara College. She also has her Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS. Tracy is a highly motivated and responsive member of the Pro Aqua team. Her primary role at Pro Aqua is managing aftermarket parts/ service, but she can help out with any other general inquiries that you may have. Tracy has been a valued member of the Pro Aqua team since 2013.

AL VIVIAN
Al brings over 45 years of water and wastewater experience to Pro Aqua, specializing in clarifiers and sedimentation. He has obtained a Business Diploma from the Canada Institute of Management. He started in this industry in 1972 with Dorr-Oliver as a machinist building drives and gears. He worked at Dorr Oliver for over 25 years and progressed from a machinist to a sales representative providing clarifiers to the water/ wastewater and pulp/ paper industries, also serving on several OPCEA committees throughout his time there. He followed this up with a five-year stint at John Meunier (now Veolia) doing technical sales, serving as the president of OPCEA from 2002-2003. He joined Pro Aqua in 2004 as a technical sales representative and currently handles start-up, commissioning, training and troubleshooting for Evoqua/ Envirex applications. He has a hands-on approach with a ton of field experience, which proves invaluable in solving any and all field installation issues.
